This looks like paradise.
I'm really sorry to hear it's no longer open for business. We had a great time there and I always thought that someday I'd go back for the diving with the sharks.
It does look like a little gem of an island. It would have been a beautiful place to explore. I hope your dream of restoring the island comes true.

I didn't realize those storms did such damage. Interesting photos ... I'm just across the Gulf Stream in Florida, but on the other side of the peninsula in Naples. I work in the Everglades (Big Cypress National Preserve).
